After 31 years of successful and profitable experience in Variable and Fixed Operations Management, I decided to make a change to allow myself to step back from the day to day routine and to focus on helping dealers achieve the success I have had over the past 31 years.

My experience ranges from a Service Manager position in a single point Chevrolet dealership to a General Manager position in a midsize Chevrolet dealership and also Fixed Operations Director positions for two larger dealer groups.

I have had the privilege to lead the 2nd largest Chevrolet Service Department in the US, based on Wards 2016 Dealer 500 standings, for the past 18 years. We were consistently in the top performing dealers in Sales, Profit, CSI, Customer Retention and year over year business growth.

I believe that success happens through having the right People and Processes.

Our approach is not "cookie-cutter". Each dealership is analyzed on an individual basis and our processes, systems and controls are specifically developed for your dealership. 

We will do an initial in store Dealer Contact / Assessment to determine the current status of the Department and provide  a clear path forward to ensure the future success of the dealership, the department and its employees.

We will provide a road map to improvement for your Service Department both operationally and financially.

As a team we will decide the implementation sequence of the plan and setup a timeline for execution.
