Initial Dealer Contact / Assessment

Includes a comprehensive review of all Service Department Operations including:


1. Facility

2. Personnel / Staffing

3. Sales Effort

4. Service Management

5. Competitive Analysis

6. Market Economic review

7. Thorough Financial Analysis


We will meet individually with the Dealer Principal / GM and the Service Director / Manager. We will discuss the current state of the department and what they wish to achieve going forward for the department and the dealership. At the request of the Dealer Principal / GM and the Service Director / Manager we will meet with any other employee that they deem appropriate.


The Assessment will take 1-2 days in store to collect all the pertinent data, and 3 - 5 days to assemble all the information, analyze and form a plan of action.


We will compile the information in a format that details a plan of items for consideration and a financial improvement plan that will allow you to evaluate the effects of possible changes as well as any other process changes that may be recommended. 


This Assessment will allow the Dealer Principal / GM and the Service Director / Manager to choose the path forward to the future success of the department and the dealership both financially and operationally. As a team we will decide the sequence of implementation of the plan and setup a timeline for execution.
